• Harvest Service.

  Today at our Harvest Service we were delighted to have James Thompson as our special guest. James has served on our Governors for over twenty years and has been a great support of the school during this time. The Governors presented him with a gift to thank him for his contribution to our school. James will be missed at our Governors' meetings but we know he will continue to support our school.
  
  Our pupils were stars today at our Harvest Service today. Thank you to Rev Jonathan Sloan for speaking to us all and to all our parents and friends who supported the event. Thank you to Mrs Weir who loaned us some fabulous Harvest resources for our display.
  We made a presentation to Cathy from the Shine Charity for £400 which was the proceeds from our Harvest Service. We also were able to send a number of Christmas Shoe Boxes to Bylthswood Care to help boys and girls in other countries. We also gave lots and lots of children's books to help children in Malawi.
  
  
  

  

• P2/3 Assembly

  Today, P2/3 took Assembly and told us all how to recycle and look after our world. Well done to a really talented bunch of children.

• Digital Leaders

  We had a great Assembly  with Patrick from iTeach who visited to present our Digital Leaders with their packs. Our digital Leaders are responsible fro ensuring all iPads are charged, Apps are downloaded and they also provide support and mentor the younger children.

  

• Scholastic Book Fair

  Our Scholastic Book Fair opened for on Wednesday and we have had a great flurry of business!

  

• MacMillan Coffee Morning

  Thank you to everyone who came along to our MacMillan Coffee Morning, we raised a very impressive £325, from those who attended and those kindly sent in donations. This money will help someone facing a challenging time in their life. Thank you.
