Keep up-to-date with all the latest news happening in our school.
Primary 6 had a brilliant morning at Sperrin Integrated College watching, 'The Little Mermaid.' with our friends from Millquarter Primary School. We were all greeted so warmly by staff and puipls and we all had some tasty treats at the interval. The performance was fantastic, we were all so very proud of our past pupil Ella, who was an outstanding Ariel.
Today we had @Sustrans Johnny in school for a very special Assembly. Johnny launched our Groggan to Everest Daily Mile challenge which we will start after half term. As a school community we will be walking, running and wheeling 4790 miles to Everest. We will share our progress with you and hope you will join in!
The father of one of our Primary 3 stars is trekking to Everest Base Camp along with two of his friends. This is an incredible feat and I know there has been a lot of training in the run up to the event.
We are so delighted that a little piece of Groggan will be travelling to Everest with Johnny.
Johnny is raising money for Action Cancer, which is a Northern Ireland charity dedicated to saving lives and supporting people through cancer awareness, prevention, detection and support.
